To Get Rid of Wasps & Yellow Jackets

Step 1.
INITIATE TREATMENT AT A TIME THAT WILL BE MOST EFFECTIVE.
All efforts to eradicate these flying insects should be confined to dusk, early morning or late evening when they are in their nests and inactive.

Step 2.
CAUTIOUSLY SPRAY INSECTICIDE.
Control of wasps and hornets is sometimes difficult because of the opportunity for attack. While almost any insecticide is effective when sprayed directly into the nest, the problem exists in inaccessible nests, such as those high on rooftops or trees. The object is to kill all the wasps and hornets in the nest quickly and thoroughly. Anytime you deal with eradicating nests protective clothing should be worn. Caution should be used to avoid breaking the nest open when introducing insecticides. Enforcer has an insecticide contained in a 22 foot foam blast which allows the user to stand back and "lock" the wasps inside with a blanket of foam.

Step 3.
BLOCK NEST ENTRANCE (OF YELLOW JACKETS). In the case of the in-ground nests of yellow jackets, dirt should be used to block the entrance to the nest once an insecticide has been introduced.

To eliminate flying insects, it is important to use the correct product for your needs. Enforcer offers several types of flying insect control products: liquid concentrate for yards, aerosol [ sprays for [outdoor such as Wasp and Hornet - non-conductive spray with a 22-feet jet blast and Wasp & Yellow Jacket with blanketing foam and a 22-feet jet blast.

For mosquito control, use Mosquito & Flying Insect Killer Concentrate which comes with a hose-end sprayer and covers up to 5000 sq. ft.

There are several kinds of wasps, hornets and bees, all of which can prove pesky to humans and, in some cases, deadly. The most common variety in North America is the paper wasp. The smallest of paper wasps, yellow jackets, are considered the most dangerous to humans.
One of the most incredible nests to be seen is constructed by hornets, another kind of paper wasp. These huge nests are often found hanging from eaves, tree limbs or bushes and consist of tiers of cells surrounded or wrapped by a covering with a single entrance at the bottom.
The beneficial honeybee becomes a nuisance when it enters a home or building and begins building its nest within walls.
Carpenter bees are large, usually black, and marked with white, yellow or red hair. They are often confused with bumble bees which have more pale-colored hairs than carpenter bees. Carpenter bees are found around wooden structures and they make holes on lateral surfaces of wood, creating a gallery (or tunnel).
